How to Add Resolution 1024 × 768 on a netbook

Blunt
Here's the tutorial:

• Open the registry editor by typing (regedit.exe) run via Start Menu Programs / searching section.

• Then find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SYSTEM / Current Control Set / Control / Class /   {4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} / 0000, open the DWORD: Display1_DownScalingSupported change value so one by right clicking and select Modify.

• Then you find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SYSTEM / Current Control Set / Control / Class / {4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} / 0001, open the DWORD: Display1_DownScalingSupported change value so 1, my experience on the lenovo s100 me, its not a DWORD , then make it his own DWORD with that name and value data changed to 1, through the edit menu and select by category new needs.

• Next ... If there, if not then it could just ignore it, find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SYSTEM / Current Control Set / Control / Class / {4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} / 0002, open the DWORD: Display1_DownScalingSupported change the value to 1 , My experience trying on some netbooks, there is nothing there that is not found. on my lenovo s100 only until 0001 only.
• The last step when you exit and then restart comeback has gone wrong, please check the results through display properties, Insha Allah 10 124 × 768 resolution screen can be used, just select it and then keep setting aply, easy huh ..
Good luck.
